All quotes branded by Nashz Couture are original creations. Our designs and layouts are proprietary assets of the business and are protected under Jamaica’s copyright laws. Reproduction or redistribution of these assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


Payment Methods
We currently offer three (3) payment options for your convenience:

Customers may pay directly with a credit card via PayPal without needing to create an account.

Product Warranty
All products manufactured by Nashz Couture come with a fourteen (14)-day warranty. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please follow our return policy to initiate a resolution.

Returns & Refunds Policy
You may return items within fourteen (14) days of receiving your delivery by using the “Contact Us” button located at the header or footer of our homepage. Please note:

At Nashz Couture, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please review the return guidelines for specific product categories below:

General Return Conditions
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

- Process:
- Initiate your return via the "Contact Us" button on the homepage.
- Allow up to fourteen (14) days for the item(s) to reach us once shipped.
- Returns will be processed within two (2) business days after receipt and validation.

- Refund Options:
- Approved returns are eligible for resends or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Provide photos or videos of the issue for validation.
3. We will process a replacement upon approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or customized products (except when defective or damaged).

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within thirty (30) minutes of receiving the confirmation email. After thirty (30) minutes, cancellations are not permitted. If more than one (1) hour has passed since the confirmation email, the order must be delivered before initiating the return process.

At Nashz Couture, we are pleased to offer reliable shipping services to the USA, Canada, and other international destinations. During checkout, shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed based on your selected region, ensuring a seamless and transparent ordering experience.
